Would RecommendThis is the best pool net I have had. It is wide and very deep. Netting is fine so still goes through the water without much problem. I imagine once it has a lot of debris, it will be necessary to empty as it can hold a lot. It fit/slipped on my pole with no problem. I am very impressed.

Would RecommendA very robust frame with an abundant mesh pocket, this skimmer does the job of scooping up nearly everything in its path. The latching pins help to mate the skimmer snug and secure with a 1-1/4 to 1-1/2" extension pole. Because of its robust design, the skimmer will get heavy if it scoops up enough debris. This skimmer also serves as a pool debris scoop that picks up items at the bottom of the pool.

Would RecommendGot this just in time as we opened the pool this month. This nylon pool skimmer has a great deep mesh area and easily catches and keeps debris in the net until pulled back. I especially like the way it hooks onto the pole. The button lets both little knobs reject at the same time. This not only makes it easy to remove, it also makes a very secure connection thus preventing the net from falling off the pole. The only negative that I can see, is the frame of the net is plastic. Would RecommendThis pool skimmer has a large, deep nylon net which makes gathering leaves and debris breeze. The pool pole I had fit perfectly and was easily, securely attached to the skimmer net. It has a strong-framed net which will not bend when pushing it through your pool. It works very well, making my pool chores easily done..

Poor front/scooping edge
Would Not RecommendOur last net worked great to push along the bottom. The front edge of the net would scoop the debris up. With the way the front edge of this net is shaped, the scoop doesn't actually scoop unless the net/pole is nearly vertical - the bottom of the front edge touches the pool but the top does not. With such an extreme angle needed, it's hard to push the net along the bottom of the pool. Without the extreme angle, I might as well be using a brush because all it does is push the debris along the bo...
