Terrible customer service
Pretty much done with Lowes, building a deck, spent over 8 grand with them for materials, Lowes has done nothing but screw up my orders, boxes correctly marked but wrong items inside, order completed backwards, 3 of one item 2 of the other when it was ordered the other way around. Wrong sizes, one product ordered suddenly showing to be " delayed " on the delivery day. Then " we are working on it " for over 30 days. Finally ran that one down, and Lowes claimed the manufacture did not have my comp...
