Won't work with dusk to dawn light control adapter

Attractive fixture but we wanted dusk to dawn light control. So I bought a dusk to dawn light control adapter. These have worked in other porch lights we have had in the past. The adapter with photocell pointing to the back of the fixture (from Lowes) pulsed light on for six secs then off for six seconds continuously. The adapter with the photocell pointing to the side of the fixture (from Home Depot) produced a dim continuously flickering light.

Love the way it looks and easy to access the light socket to replace burnt out bulbs. Installation kit had everything needed to successfully install the unit. The frosted glass gives off a very pleasing appearance.

Good basic light, looks good and easy to install

Bought this light to replace an existing one. Looks good although we did not care for the decorative piece on the top of the light but we were able to unscrew that and simplify the look of the light. Was easy to install and are happy with it

Nice looking

The light looks great and works great, but the part of the light that attaches to the wall mount is weak. I had two of these, one on each side of the door. The storm door hit the one light and the light broke away from the base.. I had no choice but to replace it and hope it doesn't happen again. If I went with another light, I would have to replace two, but in the long run, that might have been a better decision, When I asked the store clerk in the lighting department, he suggested I go for it ...

Wall light

I installed these because my old ones were 15 years old, and when a bulb quit I had to take it apart to replace it. This one is open on the bottom just take out the old bulb and put in a new on.

Nice lights

I just installed 4 of these and am happy with the product. I used the 23W CFL bulb instead of the 100W incandescent option. There is plenty of light and I could probably have even used the 13W CFL bulb. The shade is glass, so I expect them to last longer than the plastic lens in the previous fixtures. Almost like it shows

This lamp looks almost like this. The glass like stuff is not amber but white. Using yellow bulb.

WOW, this is very cheap looking now!

I bought these lights many years ago for my house. I just finished my upstairs deck and needed another one to match. The original are heavy, thick and beautiful, this one is flimsy, thin and not nearly as nice, I'm glad its on the side of the house, where no one will see it.

This is a medium, beautiful white exterior light. I had it installed on my back porch. It works perfectly and looks great!

Al the salesman in Midland helped us out with all of his information. We bought two white ones for the front porch, 2 black ones for the garage, and 2 spotlights for the back deck. Like the products.

Nice fixture, great price

I purchased this fixture to replace a failed "Amax Lighting 27-Watt White LED Dusk-to-Dawn Security Light Item #: 549316 | Model #: LEDSL27WH" that was serving as my backyard light. Excellent choice

I was looking to change out my front porch lights that were gold, for a more modern, clean look. I knew I wanted white to match the doors and posts but was having a hard time deciding on a style.
