Would Not RecommendThe mounting is not engineered well, the screws are not long enough to connect the glass cover to the base. glass breaks fast due to power of screws , because screws were short. back of the base has two lips on each side. and does not have in the two other side, dust, rain, insects can go inside between the base and ceiling due to this gap.

Rusts too easily
Would Not RecommendI have two of these installed under my porch - and they rust out within 3 years. I keep buying them every 3 years after they look quite poor. I have the white painted model Model #FOC8012AH-2 WH-9. My porch takes 2 of them. I live in Florida - which has high humidity. If anyone knows of a rust free version - let me know.

Meets the need
Would RecommendIt was okay. I actually returned mine because I was concerned it wouldn't be good on my porch. It is a nice fixture but I wanted something that I will get longevity. The product information didn't guarantee it not being effected by wet weather. My porch is enclosed with screen so does get some dampness.

Decent quality for the Price
Would RecommendI purchased three of these for my back porch. One of the three was missing the mounting hardware so I had make another trip to exchange the unit. So bottom line: it's a decent for the price you pay, check the box for all the parts before you leave the parking lot.
