Wire Connectors do not connect

My wife was really happy to find this light, but when I attempted to put it together the instructions made no sense. The instructions were nothing but picture s and a few words. When I opened the light there was electricall tape on the connectors coming from the stem. I removed the electrical tape to discover that while it should have been a male connector it was just two sets of wire with a plastic cap crimped on them. Not easy install

This Chandelier install was not easy at all. The instructions were not clear and I was left guessing most of the install. If you are looking for an easy Saturday project, this is not the chandelier for you.
