I bought this handle to make a truck hook - a device that is used to hook and drag or push items in the bed of my pickup truck. Instead of climbing into the bed I can just manipulate and retrieve items while standing at the tailgate. I simply fabricated a hook that screws into the handle’s end and I was in business. This handle is short enough to easily fit into my truck’s rear floor and extends enough to allow me to reach the full length of my bed. And, it’s plenty sturdy enough for the task....
