great fit
Would RecommendThe small footprint of this sink/cabinet combo created some much needed space in our tiny bathroom. We did flip the door to change the orientation of the door opening. The holes already were pre-drilled for an exchange. We did have to create a hole for the knob and fill in that pre-drilled hole. The hinge hardware is nice; however, the cabinet itself is a particle board and the staples that attach the support pieces inside the cabinet are not fully driven into the boards. The upper back corner w...

vanity
Would Not RecommendThis product is primarily particle board, built for looks not endurance for sure. I ended up putting the original vanity I had from 22 years ago in the remodeled bathroom, I simply refinished it.

I would avoid this
Would Not RecommendI bought / returned this 3 different times today because each one was falling apart before I even got it out the box. The quality of this is very poor: soft particle board put together with weak staples thru soft plastic clips. Staples were only about half way into the particle board panels..the sink had chips and dings in it..complete rubbish. A pity that the construction is so awful because it's not bad looking and perfect size. Avoid this, friends. The one star was only so the review would su...

Check the bowl for chips before installation
Would RecommendI love the compact styling of this vanity and sink makes the bathroom looks so much bigger when I opened the box that it came in and removed it from the carton I noticed there was a small chip in the center of the sink inside the top of the bowl. I chose not to install it and will be returning it to a Lowes once I get a chance to physically bring it to the store. I would have took the chance to buy another one, but there was no more in stock.
