Ratings & Reviews for Project Source Litshire 17-in Oil rubbed bronze Traditional Outdoor Light post lantern

Beautiful post light

This light was the perfect update for my front yard. It gives a nice amount of light and shows up well from the road. I also purchased matching lights for my driveway and I love the completed look. Install was a breeze and shipping super fast.

Glutton For Punishment

Love the look and ease of installation. Hate the fact that the metal supporting the glass rusts out in two seasons. When this one rusts out I'll take a picture and add it to the review.(This is the 2nd one for my home) I bought two this time because again, I love the look. Bought one for a house I'm selling. Hopefully the owner will know they're kind of a throw away, but attractive. I'm wondering if anyone has ever attempted to seal the metal with a clear protective coating ??

Portfolio Post Light

The fixture is an attractive shape and style and functions well. The problem with it is that unlike the decorative cover, the metal framing the glass is painted steel, which in Florida rusts in less than a year and a half, despite the fixture's 3-year warranty. It would seem that the manufacturer would understand this and use all-aluminum construction.

lamp post

I am replacing 3 old posts with these, and makes a world of difference, very beautiful.

Missing screws - customer service will not send

Bought 2 and one was missing screws to put top on. Customer service said company will not send any missing parts and to return to the store

Be careful installing.

Use care when tightening the screws, it lookes to be made of pot metal and when my tightening one up the mount broke off of the light.

Right Light

This light gives just the right design and functionality to the front of our home.

This post light is nicely made. Looks elegant and the price is so reasonable. Love it.

Post Perfect

Matched existing post lamps used on brick fence columns . Finish is like new after 3 years on others, great product!

Junk, do not buy

I bought 5 of these 15 years ago from Lowe's and they held up great for 13 years. However, I bought 4 more 2 years ago from Lowe's and installed them 18 months ago, and the bottoms have already rusted out with the edges flaking away like stickers. I had an extra of the 15 year old ones and also installed it 18 months ago in the same yard, and it is still perfect. There is clearly a substantial different in build and manufacturing quality. I also bought 4 matching wall lamps 2 years ago, but neve...

Poor quality

This lamp is you get what you pay for. It is poor quality, flimpsy fittings and not a lamp you would want to display in front of your home. The tiny screws which hold the lid on disappeared and so the lid blows off. Pay a bit more and look for quality. Looks better in photos.

OH homeownet

Simple to install; basic light but meets our needs.

Great product!

Very nice product. I bought 9 of these and ran them all through low voltage landscape wiring. (Make sure you use a low voltage RV bulb if you do this). They look sharp and work like a charm.

Beautiful

We couldn't be happier with the post light. We just bought a new house that had worn out outdoor lights. We wanted to update them without breaking the bank and these were perfect!

Beautified my deck!

Easy to install, makes my deck and hot tub even more lovely at night!
