Would Not RecommendI purchased these straps to use as a way to keep my trashcans secure behind my shed. They do the job initially but these straps very quickly dry rot and fall apart in a short time maybe 3 months if that. I'm sure keeping them out of the weather will extend the life of the straps, but aren't most used outdoors?

Would RecommendThe straps being flat keep the bungee cord from rolling up or slipping off of the items for which it was intended to hold in place. I have used them to help hold small items in place in a trailer and they have worked well in this capacity.
