What Customers Are Saying
Customers appreciate the straightforward installation and attractive appearance at a budget-friendly price point. However, many report significant durability concerns, including slats breaking easily and control mechanisms failing within months. Several describe the construction as flimsy with inadequate mounting brackets, while others note inconsistent quality control. Despite these drawbacks, some budget-conscious reviewers accept the trade-off between affordability and longevity. Overall, customers remain divided on whether the low cost justifies the durability issues.

Good idea, poor functioning
I like the function of the blinds, but they don't move easily and the cord keeps coming off.

Would Not RecommendPurchased and had them installed and 10 of the slats were missing, along with the stick. They want me to return to the store after I had a contractor install. On top of that - calling the 800 # for missing parts wasnt any help.
