Easy install,

I'm in a rental (with very outdated features) including the sink which just so happened to stop working within only 3 months of living there. I wanted to replace it myself because my landlord is completely helpless and this fit perfectly. It was about $40, already had the tools and the plumbing underneath was still good to go. Easy fix. Not to mention Lowe's employees are always very helpful!

1-Handle Low-Arc Kitchen Faucet, Project Source

Just installed it 2 days ago hope it will last for couple years. I did not like the plastic parts, it seems weak. also the underneath gasket is plastic not rubber.

Not bad but not well designed either.

I bought the Project Source kitchen faucet because they didn't have the same priced Peerless kitchen faucet in stock. The Project Source faucet is not bad. It seem decent quality for the price. It is as simple as it gets. However, the one annoyance is that the hot and cold water connections spin freely so you have to get a second wrench to hold one side of the connection in order to tighten the hose. Cheap and simple does the trick

Nice decent price wouldn't say a long time fix maybe just got while waiting on new sink to come works no leaks so I'm happy

Difficult to Install

This kitchen faucet was bought to replace one in my RV. Everything goes together well with the exception of the hot/cold stubs on the faucet. They turn freely and unless you use a wrench, pliers or the like, it's almost impossible to attach the plumbing lines. If these stubs were longer so a wrench could be used, it would be a good buy. I spent over 2 hours working in a tight space to get the lines connected.

Low Price for Low Quality

Faucet does not stay seated in receptacle. Entire unit squeaks. You get what you pay for.

Good for the price

Our expensive Delta with pull out sprayer kept getting worse and worse and the hose connection finally broke. (Delta will send parts for free, but if the swivel is frozen up to the point you cannot get it apart then that is of little use!) Defective

Installed it....turned on the water and the valve leaked on the control handle. Copper tubing into control valve not seated. Removed it and returned to Lowes for refund.

Not as good as our other Project Source faucet

Had good luck with a different low-priced Project Source faucet, so bought this one in November 2012. It has had problems ever since: (1) You have to re-center the handle before shutting it off or else the water will keep flowing in a thin stream. (2) The setscrew keeps having to be retightened. We will try some Loctite on it. (3) The whole faucet, including the base, tilts noticeably - forward every time you pull the handle, and backward every time you push the handle. Expect Drips

The faucet has to be placed directly center when turning off or it will drip. If it's off just a fraction it will drip.
