Would RecommendThis faucet was very economical but for a condo that we don’t want invest a lot of money into, it’s perfect! It works just fine! And the last one we had lasted for over 12 years!

Kitchen Faucet
Would Not RecommendI am remodeling my kitchen and needed a cheap temporary faucet and it is serving the purpose. If you want a good faucet pay the extra money and buy a good one. If you don't place the handle right in the middle when you turn it off it will keep dripping. It's not broken it's the design.
Fine for basic
Would RecommendThis faucet is just fine if you are looking for a basic unit. We needed something to replace our kitchen faucet but were low of funds. This one was inexpensive and works well enought to hold me over until I can afford an upgrade.
New Faucet
Would RecommendEasy to install, long water tubing makes it easy to attached to house water lines. Works great.

Simple to install basic faucet.
Very easy to install. It would be perfect if it came with a spritzer for the same price.

Kitchen faucet review
Would RecommendThis kitchen faucet was one of the least expensive single handle faucets that I could get to replace a rental unit faucet that failed. It was easy to connect with 12" tail pieces. Worked just fine.

Bad Quality
Would Not RecommendIt only worked for a few months, and then the handle starts turning 360 degree and cannot switch between hot/cold water. Tried to tight the screw a few times, no help. Made a mistake to purchase this replacement, my old faucet looks ugly and rusted, but still functioning well after 13 years. Do waste money on this junk.
1.8 gpm
Purchased the product because specs said 2.2 gpm and I'd had trouble before with a whiny faucet with the lower gpm. Disappointed to find it was 1.8. At the lower gpm, I might've gone with another brand. install was easy enough. And flow was fine and not whiny. But the specs on this page were incorrect.
Disapointingly cheap
Would Not RecommendI've installed 10 or 12 faucets over the years, and while this one was not the worst; it is far from the best. I wanted to spend a little more money, but my wife went cheap. My issues are as follows. The on/off lever is not definite in it's movement, so people will think it is off and walk away with a stream of water running. The copper supply lines leading inside the faucet are smaller than standard and result in a greatly restricted water flow. Better quality faucets come with a more durab...
Had to be replaced in one yeat.
Would Not RecommendThe one handle mechanism was shot in less than a year. Adult home - no rough treatment. Could not shut the water off! Don't waste your money!
Looks good, but doesn't last.
Would Not RecommendLooks good, easy install. Now the bad. Handle constantly loosened, required tightening with hex key at least once a month. After about two years, spout, yes chrome spout developed a half dozen pinhole leaks requiring entire faucet to be replaced. Granted covered under warranty, but had to remove and return to store to get another one.
DON'T BUY IT
Would Not RecommendI got this one and it broke within the first week! I had it professionally installed by a plumber so it would be done right. But the handle will not stay put on the base. It spins around and will lift off if you aren't careful. As others have noted, the "set screw" will not hold it in place. Mine is stripped and will not tighten. If I was able to install this myself I would do what the other reviewers and take it back to Lowes. But now I'm stuck with this junk and every day, every time I use thi...
