The haf round file was covered in brass shavings (see picture). You can see this very clearly without even opening them. I'm taking them back having not even opened them. These should not have been put back on the shelf and certainly not pulled and sold as new for an online order. It's inexcusable. I know this is only a cheap $5 set of files but it...
