Ratings & Reviews for Project Source 9-in Multi-cut Coarse Tooth Set Flat Half round Knife Round Square Triangle File

Good File Set

I got this set for general household needs. It has a good variety of different file sizes and types, especially for the money. I moved into an older house that changes a bit with the hot or cold weather. Some things needed a bit of a trim here and a shin there. The set works well for the reason it was purchased, The reason for four stars vs. five is that I do not get a good feeling if the file is seated in the handle. If I were going to do some serious file work, I would give these a shot,...

small file set

Love this set. It has all the small files anyone would want.

Great shop kit!

Im a fan of any kit that is decently priced and has any quality and this one fits the bill! Its a great kit with a bunch of smaller files and a wrap to keep them all stored when not in use. Completely with the $ and already put to use on several occasions since purchase.

Not bad

The only thing I would change about this item is the carrier. The files and handles are great, but I would prefer a hard case to hold the files.

Assorted files

Most of my files had been lost, broken, or rustd. Looking for a replacement set I saw these at Lowe's while looking for others tools. Purchased it and found it to be a great file set. Have used it on wood and metal and they are great.

A Whole set for the price of a couple of files

I have some wood, and metal files but not a complete set, also some of my files desperately needed cleaning. Went to Lowe's to get a new file and a file cleaner. This set came with a cleaner and was less than three of the files priced separately. The sleeve holder will also now let me keep all my files in one easy to find place

Awesome set for a low price Helped me on a trim job Before and after photo

Huge variety

Set offers wide range of size and type files. Good for sharpening, shaping trimming. Pretty good for home use, mechanic, handyman. Got them to sharpen maddox blade but found lots of other uses.

Good item

Does a good job but the handles are cumbersome and hard to fit files

Great file set for crafts!

I bought this file set for working with stone. So far, I have completed 2 small pieces and am very happy with the set. It has all the pieces I need for finishing edges, as well as for initial shaping work. I'm very pleased with it.

Files for crafters

This file set was the only one available at my local Lowes. So far I have only found use for three of the set. I am using them to shape soft stones prior to a polishing process.

Project Source 23-Piece File Set

This set hits the sweet spot -- affordable and very useful. Tools look and feel like good quality.
