Would RecommendI put it in the toilet and worked the auger around till it wouldn't go anymore. turn it for about 30 seconds. Once it was removed I push my toilet and it works

Would RecommendI followed directions on a YouTube video. Very simple to use. At first it seems like the auger is not going in, but keep turning handle while slightly pushing down. I ended up coring through some hard poop in less than a minute and the toilet was unclogged and back to normal. Good luck!

Head Too Inflexible
Would Not RecommendThe head is too stiff. No matter how hard I push and rotate, it won't go through the toilet inner trap. Speaking of rotating, the design is so stupid that it is impossible to spin the handle unless the metal spring goes fully inside the toilet since the rigid rod is still outside so the handle is totally free without any stress point. But there is no way to insert the spring into the toilet without spinning the handle.
