What Customers Are Saying

The product is a practical and affordable wall-mounted hook for storing bicycles and other items. Customers found it easy to install, especially when mounted to a wall stud, and appreciated its minimal, foldable design that keeps it out of the way when not in use. The hook is generally considered sturdy and capable of supporting the weight of most bicycles, though some recommend using stronger hardware than the included screws. Overall, the product provides good value and functionality for its price point.

Does the job

Installed this bike rack in my garage to save on space. Added benefit is that I can now work on my bike at a much better height. Good price and it will hold my 35 pound bike fine. My garage walls are block so I had to drill holes and use lag bolts. I did not use the wood screws provided.

best as re-purposed tool

Was looking for an upright string trimmer holder to use on my pegboard, but was not available to work with pegboard! :-( I found this and bought two, mounted and now my trimmer is off the floor and at an easy to reach height. Mounted into two wall studs in my unfinished wall.workshop. Thanks Lowe's!

Great bike storage purchase

Would Recommend

I bought this as a backup for the original storage location. I have a wall storage system but the bicycle hook on the system is designed to hook the tire on the top rail and have the bike hang down in a vertical position. The problem with this is my 2 car garage is just wide enough for both vehicles. The bicycle was protruding too much to park the second vehicle. I installed the bike flip up storage rack approximately 6 feet high. It holds a full size bicycle with ease. Just make sure the two sc...

Excellent storage rack

Would Recommend

I use the rack to hang up two fold-up sawhorses on my unfinished garage wall. The rack provides two support points for the sawhorses, which keeps them level on the wall. Because the two screw holes on the rack are vertically aligned, I was able to easily, quickly and securely mount the rack on the edge (1-1/2" wide face) of a wall stud. The 'flip-up' feature of the rack is a nice addition that keeps me from walking into the thing when it's not in use. Although I don't need the curved ends on the...

Great simple product for hanging bikes

Would Recommend

I purchased two of these racks and will be picking up two more. Great quality product that is able to hang two of my mountain bikes with ease. Holds a 29er MTB (heavy) with no problems so if your hanging kids bikes you may be able to load two at a time and for Road Bikes you may want to add some extra padding since the rubber looks cheap and may easily scratch your frame. I advise everyone to buy real mounting screws, the original screws stripped easily with a basic electric screwdriver.

Cheapest hook for bicycle

Would Recommend

I saw that custom bicycle hooks/solution were expensive and wanted to build my own. I screwed a 2x4 stud across three studs on my garage wall (just wanted to be sure!) and attached this hook right in the middle. In less than $15 I have two bicycle hooks -- one about 4 feet from the floor and the other about 7 feet. Both are holding up well after a week. Because the hooks fold, I can use either one or both as needed from time to time. The only reason I reduced one star is that the hook and bicy...

Bad Hardware

Would Recommend

Installed two of these hangers this evening in the garage for our mountain bikes, and have two more to go for our tandem bike. The only problem is, the hardware provided is absolute trash. If you plan to purchase ANY of the Blue Hawk hangers, walk yourself right over to the hardware dept. and get yourself some 2" lag srews. The screws provided strip right out with your drill attachment and you"ll spend 15 minutes cursing out the dang screw!

Got my bikes hung up

Would Recommend

These bike holders,(I bought 2) do hold very well, one bike each. The only problem putting them up is my little drill wasn't strong enough to put 3 inches screws in so I had to have someone with a powerful drill do it and they had to use muscle to put them in. Once up though they work great. Glad to have the bikes up off the garage floor.
