Good magnetic pick up tool for casual backyard use

This magnetic power pick up tool seems to be durable and well made. The large bar magnet is attached to a telescoping rod that can be easily extended from 2’ to 4’ and locked into place by rotating the handle. To me, the magnet itself does not seem to be very strong, but it does seem to be sufficient to pick up nails laying on the top of grass or other debris. Really strong magnets

I was surprised at how well this caddy worked. I use it for worksites and so far has been working great! It comes disassembled in a box but was very easy to assemble if you know your way around tools. Best part is that it’s not too big. Easy to throw in my truck. Highly recommend!

Great product

This magnet fits into tight spaces well and picks up even the smallest of nails well. Impressed with the flexibility of this particular style magnet. Definitely helpful,

What an amazing piece of equipment. I have kust finished building a great shed with nails and screws. I have grass around the new shed location and this thing picked up every nail from the construction dropped onto the grass.

The Power Pick Magnet

The Power Pick Magnet is a simple device with a pivoting magnet hooked on an adjustable pole handle. It is great for sweeping metal from the yard and shop floor. It also comes in handy for picking up dropped keys and metal utensils. I recommend wearing leather gloves before removing nails and screws from the powerful magnet. This is one of most powerful magnets I have. I can pickup crow bars and pulls nails out of the woods easily. Very happy with it extension is perfect length

Large Magnet Pole Type

This Project Source power magnet expands to 43 inches and has a magnet face of about 12 inches (approximately). I have an older smaller round magnet which works well but the small round head takes forever to clear a large area. Must-have for any metal/welding shop!

I thought at first that this tool would be overpowered in my welding shop, but I was mistaken! It is perfect. Little metal bits and pieces that often get stuck in the bristles of my broom are now a breeze to pick up. It is especially good for cleaning near the drill press! Effective tool

The product is useful and very effective when needed to retrieving things from places you cannot reach. Very strong magnet that can carry good amount of weight.

Could use a release feature

Good strength on the magnet. I thought there was a more prominent release action to remove items instead of having to scrape the debris, screws, whatever off. I do like having something that stores better than the larger wheeled ones.

STRONG PORTABLE MAGNET

Great little roll around magnet

This role magnet works really easy. It was easy to assemble. I’ve used several before. I do believe this one rolls pretty good on the ground compared to some of them that I’ve used.

Powerful Magnet

Great magnet for cleaning up spills of nails, screws, etc. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is that there isn't a "release" for materials you pick up. Otherwise, it does fine. It is easy to store with the telescoping handle closed too!

worked great after adjustment

Not five stars because the factory handle was too long to fit correctly with the magnet assembly. Once I trimmed the end of the handle, it fit fine (see pics). That said, it works. It has a very strong magnet with appropriately sized casters.
