Would RecommendWorks as expected! The plug on my 20 year (???) toaster oven had become frayed. It was zapping me a bit each time I adjusted it in the outlet. Would Not RecommendPoor Design. Definitely not for stranded conductors. The instructions want you to wrap the conductor around a tiny screw, and tighten. Once the stranded conductor is flattened under screw compression, the individual strands will splay out making a shorted connection a real possibility. Buy a plug that uses compression against a flat plate, instead. It would be nice if the web site photos showed the internals of the plug; that would persuade many to look elsewhere.
