The only thing that I could say right now is that
Would RecommendI purchased vinyl window blinds for my apartment. And they were great. As, since I live in an apartment, I did not want to pay a lot of money for something that I had to purchase to replace myself. They were a decent quality, but I will have to see how well is vinyl is or stands up to the hot sun in the cold winters that hits seasonally.
