Would RecommendThe light itself was fine. Easy to install. The problem is with their customer service. I had issues with the way the light was working. When I couldn’t figure it out I sent them a message using their website provided on the box. That was more than 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Finally had an electrician friend answer my questions and fix the issue. The 3 rating is for very poor customer service.

Would RecommendEasy to install, good and bright lighting. Had used a different model earlier where the glass globe is secured by a nut. This model just has the globe catch on some small protrusions as you spin it in place. I like the security of the nut better.

Would Not RecommendPurchased October 2, 2019 for laundry room. On November 6, 2019 light shattered. The light had been on for about 2.5 hours. Will return some glass pieces today, November 7, 2019. Rating: no stars. this was dangerous.

Would Not RecommendI bought and installed 4 of the 13 inch and 6 of the 11 inch about 3 months ago. So far 4 of the 10 have completely failed and 3 others flicker and dim sporadically. Pure junk.
