Maybe not for big plates
Would RecommendGood for saucers maybe, probably too small for a real dinner plate. I used them for little pictures, small electronics, TV remotes, computer mouses and USB cables; more of an organizer pouch. If you have junk drawers or silverware this is a good way to transport them. I folded the top over and taped it shut. Good protection to keep things from rattling around or getting lost.
