Great bracket doesn't come with screws
Would RecommendThe bracket was heavy duty for what I needed it for. My only downside to it was it did not come with screws. I had to find them in the screw section. And of course we had every other color but black. I finally found some that were way to long to put into the stud.

Would RecommendThese rails are awesome and the whole system can’t be beat. In our installation we use the top mounting bracket that allowed us to hang the unit and use less anchors going vertically. We appreciate the color options, because black is what we chose works out great for where we installed it. Highly recommend!

Poor service communication
Would Not RecommendLowes dropped the ball. This is crazy that I even have to type this. It's simple. I placed an order for delivery and didn't receive it as guaranteed. No communication by Lowes. I have no idea where the order is or if it is even going to be delivered. This whole process is silly.

Would RecommendThe slots are wider than they need to be. The brackets wobble more than in previous buys, but once the shelves are placed and secured by bottom screws, it all works out OK..

Hardware is fine; order pickup was HORRIBLE!
Would Not RecommendNo (major) problems at all with the hardware. The order pickup process at this Lowes location was absolutely horrible. First I was told that my entire order wasn’t available at one store. I said that’s fine I can wait for the entire order, and was then told that they wouldn’t do this and instead wanted to sent part of my order to another store. After arguing about this for nearly a half hour I finally relented and told them to send that portion of my order to another store, that was about twenty...
