Great for temporary higher flow! Appartments I'm in put in super saver shower head that barely rinse the water off... I'm waiting for my waterpik shower head on back order. This will work until my favorite shower head arrives!

cheap & good enough

even at 50psi you can't get it to massage and spray mode at same time. It's either one or the other. The massage mode is very basic, Not invigorating. But does a good enough job for a cheap one
