I just bought this mirror and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommed that you open it and check for any damage as soon as possible. Installation tips. Many reviews mention that the instructions are incorrect. The included instructions are for installing the mirror horizontally. Tip #1 : If you plan to install it vertically, the distance to the cleat is 11 inches. Mount the bracket based on 11 inches or better yet measure the distance to get an exact number. Terrible instructions

30 minute project took 2 hours. Terrible instructions. Didn’t know where the cushions went so I used them as a spacer for the bracket. Mirrows look ok...coating was scratched in the back during installation and you can see it from the front. Get what you pay for.

Great mirror, easy to install and looks great

The instructions were wrong so you have to do your own math and measuring. There is no level included as the instructions state. Other than that I would recommend it to a friend and buy again.

NOT THE SAME MIRROR AS ADVERTISED

I loved the beveled edges as shown in the pictures. I did a pickup order for the mirror, and there are NO beveled edges! The box even says beveled edges. Very disappointed!

Nice mirror/bad hanging design and directions

Nice mirror, great price compared to other mirrors. However the directions for hanging the mirror we’re not very good and the wall anchors were too small, so we used bigger wall anchors. We bought two mirrors to hanging over a double vanity. The hanging bracket on the back of one mirror was placed higher than the other mirror’s bracket on the backs of the mirrors. I purchased this to replace an outdated mirror in my bathroom. It was very simple to install. It looks very sleek and elegant. I absolutely love it and have had many compliments about it.

I should have read reviews. Unlike many of the reviews my mirror actually had instructions - and they were incorrect. The instruction for placement of the wall bracket is off by 5 inches! Also there were several foam pads in the box with no instruction for their use. I assume they were spacers to keep the mirror steady. I guess no one at Lowes reads bad reviews and takes action.

I mounted the bracket following the "broken" English instructions that came with the mirror. I assumed their installation directions were measured in inches. I drilled the holes, mounted their bracket, and when I mounted the mirror, it was WAY too high. It was found the mounting bracket on the back of the mirror was actually 11 and 1/2 inches from the top of the mirror, not 6.4" as stated. Oops!!! WARNING!! Do your own measurements first.

The first mirror we purchased was just fine, but when we tried to match it we had 4 different mirrors and each one was defective. We finally returned the first one also and gave up.
