I just got done installing this mirror and was very concerned about the reviews saying that the mirror cleat was not plumb so I carefully examined mine (purchased Feb 2022) and found that mine was just fine.. There were some issues though regarding the instructions. The instructions said the wall cleat should be positioned 6.3 inches below the top of the mirror but that was not the case at all. On my mirror, the holes in the wall cleat were exactly 8.75 inches below the top of the mirror. ...

Cheap junk

This mirror is very cheaply made, the manufacturer uses 3 small double faced adhesive pads to attach a mounting bracket to the back of the mirror. It should be one long piece of adhesive. The instructions are also wrong, it calls for a mounting line 6.4” below the top of the mirror placement on the wall and it should be 10.5”. I found this out the hard way when I had to punch two more holes in the wall. Save your money and buy something else, this is not worth it.

Hung the mirror 6 months ago. Last night woke up to a loud noise and the mirror completely fell off the backet that its hung by. Brackets still attached to the wall. Not happy with this purchase at all. Followed the directions when hanging it.

inpossible to hang!!!

The hanging system is garbage. I installed the wall part per instructions. The gap from the wall is so small, can’t slide bracket on mirror into it and the wall is all marked up now from trying. Also, instructions said to measure 6.4” down who measures inches in 10ths!! And after attemting to install mirror onto bracket i checked the measurement and the bracket on the mirror is 11” from the top. Meaning i need the bracket about 10 5/8 from the top, not 6.4”. Mounting Bracket Failed, Breaking Mirror & Vanity

The mounting bracket that comes preinstalled on the back of this mirror failed after the mirror was hung for about 6 hours. The mirror was obviously destroyed and it chipped the countertop of our vanity. After the mirror fell and broke I looked at the bracket and can see now that the adhesive they used to attach the bracket to the mirror was never actually in contact with the back of the mirror. Nice mirror - requires skill & patience to install

This is a very lovely mirror. You will possibly enter a world of confusion when you try install it based on the supplied instructions. The directions are incorrect about measuring down 6.2 inches from the top, that should read 7 5/8" down. The drywall inserts that it comes with are the bare minimum for hanging this mirror safely - you might want to upgrade. Fortunately, my back mount on the mirror was straight enough.
