What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise these shelf clips for exceptional stability, durability, and adjustability. Most note installation requires significant effort and pliers to insert into metal strips, but accept this as a minor trade-off for the secure, long-lasting performance. Reviewers highlight brass construction, white finish, and ability to adjust shelf heights without drilling. Some report compatibility issues or bent pieces upon arrival, though these represent a small minority. Overall, customers find them reliable and worthwhile despite installation challenges.

Cheap, poor quality

Would Not Recommend

Clips are cheap & bend easily. Used pliers to fit the pins into the standard, but the clip bends so much it faces downward, not at a 90 degree angle as needed for a stable shelf. Find old, stronger metal clips if you can. Waste of time & money.

Find a different brand!

Would Not Recommend

It was like these clips weren’t made to fit. They are very difficult to squeeze into the slots. I’m use to those that slip in and out with very little effort.

Disappointing

Would Not Recommend

Most spring clip shelf supports are made of tempered steel which springs back when compressed. But these soft steel clips compress permanently into a flattened shape when squeezed with a pliers, which means they slip too loosely into the matching wall strips. They work, sort of, but it's a jerry-rigged affair from a too cheaply made product.

Wrong Shelf Clips

Would Not Recommend

There is nothing wrong with these shelf clips until you try to insert them into the shelf standard sold as a the appropriate mate at Lowe's. They are not a match. It appears that the clips are made by one company. The standards are made by another company. Lowe's should have tested the two products before placing them on the shelf for sale.

Worked better than expected

Would Recommend

Installed with a little more pinching pressure than expected but a much higher quality than the brackets that came with the shelving kit.

Hard to get in slots on strip bc they r hard to bend. Protect eyes from flying ones. Husband & son had better luck with them. Perfect for my builtins project. Can easily adjust shelves now!

BRASS.??? maybe Steel?

These are NOT brass. They are very hard to squeeze down to have them fit in standard brackets, whether they are brass or steel. You will need to use pliers to pinch them down to fit. Makes it hard if you are installing on a floor cabinet.
