For limited applications
Would Not Recommendthis holds on tight once screwed in but if you loosen the screws the anchor does not hold tight most of the time. I was meaning to use thos to hold down some shelving pieces but the screws kept wiggling therefore making it hard to place the holding pieces.

Will not expand unless drywall is hollow on the reverse side. The metal anchors are also easily bent, making the screws a nightmare to seat inside
