bought these to be able to hang items from a brick wall inside the house. They worked very well

For limited applications

this holds on tight once screwed in but if you loosen the screws the anchor does not hold tight most of the time. I was meaning to use thos to hold down some shelving pieces but the screws kept wiggling therefore making it hard to place the holding pieces.

Just like going to my local Lowe's store for my hardware needs. I can always find what I'm looking for and a employee is there to help you find it too.

Will not expand unless drywall is hollow on the reverse side. The metal anchors are also easily bent, making the screws a nightmare to seat inside

These are the most secure wall anchors for dry wall situations.

The anchor spun when I tried to tighten the screw and ripped the paint and wall board. I had to abandon that spot, patch and paint it

Mini drywall anchor

I bought these to set a couple of shelf brackets. I got 1 out of 4 to bite and actually draw up against the sheetrock as designed. The others would not tighten or draw up. Just spin. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I have used these anchors for years. They're head and shoulders above anything else on the market Quick and simple installation with maximum hold.

Cheap screw heads strip too easily

Barrel barbs do not “bite” into the wall. Ending up stripping all screw heads trying to install. Lesson learned. Will not this type of anchor in the future! Cheap metal! Cheap screws! Bad design! Get what you pay for!!

Can't hold up to drywall

So this is after using another brand for multiple items while moving the little one to her new room. Used 5 'other brand' anchors, no issues. I need more, run to Lowe's and this is the only option. I assume they will be fine. 3 failed anchors later because they would warp just enough to not work, I had to punch them through and resort to some left over toggle screws to complete the job. I won't be going back to Lowe's for hardware like this again as this is the only brand I saw there.

Buy if you want giant holes in your wall!

These anchors are great if you enjoy spackling and painting your walls. Do not lock into drywall, keep coming out. Had to pound FOUR of these through my wall and now have FOUR giant holes to fill. Thanks, I needed some recent practice on spackling and painting...

Mollys are great, but these BREAK

Recommended drill hole size is actually a tad too large. And when I screw these in initially to tighten the anchor, the back tip holding the screw thread breaks on about every third one! It took ripping one out of the wall to finally see what was going on back there when the screw would start pushing in/out of the wall freely. Absolutely unacceptable quality. Thanks for the big hole in my wall and countless wasted anchors parts back there in my walls due to this flimsy junk. I'll be taking the e...
