Would RecommendSet these in a concrete floor. The insert has a tendency to bend over or bulge when trying to set into the concrete. I now have more screws than anchors left.

Would Not RecommendBought the kit several years ago. Anchors are flimsy and buckle easily. Went to use them today and had 4 break out of 10 just pushing them in with my thumb.
