Would Not RecommendDid not work. Followed instructions given to me by Lowes employee. Threaded the screw through the toggle before putting anchor in the wall but then when I try to finish screwing it in it will not tighten at all. Of course, I cant get the anchor back wirhout making a larger hole in my wall, so can't even return! Complete waste of money.
