Doesn't really darken the room it's more like light filtering which is okay with me but if you want a dark room you'll have to get curtains also

Blinds are fine, but they only come with 2 mounting brackets. They need at least 3 to stay up. A set of replacement brackets costs almost as much as the blinds themselves!
