Would RecommendEZ to install!! What else do you need. Mini blinds raise and lower very easily. The blinds are not really going to stop outside lights completely but they do provide the privacy that I was looking for.

Broke when installing, twice
Would Not RecommendI've purchased and installed many Lowe’s brand blinds and never had any problems. This time, it was different. Purchased two for side by side windows and after installing the first, the wand wouldn't open and close the blinds. I found that one of the strings that runs top to bottom was broken. I figured I broke it when I struggled a little to get the blinds locked in, so I took it out and put in the second one. It locked in easier, but the wand wouldn't open and close on this one too.
