Problem using MyLowes Money, blind was very good
The blind was as good as expected. But I really wanted to provide feedback on a problem using MyLowe's Money. The first clerk I went to couldn't apply the MyLowes Money with the gift card I had. I had to return to the store after checking out (MyLowe's Money was expiring soon) and use a different clerk to help spend the MyLowe's Money. She knew the app defaults to "credit card payment" and had me uncheck credit card payment in the app before trying to use MyLowe's Money. It should seamless (not...
