Most highlight the quick, tool-free setup and smooth operation without dangling cords, calling it ideal for homes with pets or children. Would Not RecommendThese last about 6 months then won’t stay up anymore. Replaced 3 different blinds 3 different times!

Missing hardware
Ordered 2 sets of blinds through delivery. 1 box came without the hardware. Store didn’t have the same size to exchange either. Inconvenient.

Open box and missing parts
Would Not RecommendBoth boxes arrived opened. Neither box the hardware required to install the blinds, the end caps were missing on both ends of one set, and one set was marked and dirty. Extremely disappointed in the level of service. The products actually looked like returned items, not new.
