These shut-off valves work "well enough" until the plastic lever or the plastic female threaded collar breaks. The brass body is decently made, and it will out-last the cheap plastic parts by decades. The problem is that those cheap plastic parts fail within a couple of years in my experience. I would love to find hose fittings like this one, a two- way or three-way manifold, and an adjustable sprayer that are *all metal*. I would gladly pay more up-front for that durability, rather than...
