Canopy hole too big.
Would Not RecommendI spent hours getting this up, but when I went to tighten the canopy, the hole was drilled too big. The tightening screw goes right through the hole. I emailed the company over a week ago, but not a peep. I spent 200 on this light and cannot even finish it. I am going to contact Lowe’s to return it. I threw the box away, but that will just be too bad for them. This is infuriating.

Worth every penny
Would RecommendLooks like high quality product, got it for around $200. Easy to setup, the hardest would be getting the chain at the right height. I recommend having some sort of chain tool. I read reviews before buying this product and saw a couple of negative review because of it not being level. The rod does have the ability to adjust to make it level.

Replaced older light over island. Has much more light than old one. It is on a dimmer and I found that LED bulbs would not turn completely off. Changed to regular crystal white candle bulbs and worked fine.
