Works as expected
Would RecommendWorks exactly as expected. As a DIYer I found the mesh tape to be easier to use but understand that paper tape is more practical for larger repairs/new construction. The issues I had were mostly user error.

Does the job for a tedious project
Would RecommendIt gets the job done perfectly well. Honestly, I am not sure any DIYer would ever give a drywall product a perfect five out of five, simply because the mudding and taping process is so tedious, but this tape adheres well and holds up fine.
