What Customers Are Saying
The Preen mulch product has received mixed reviews. Many customers reported the mulch provided good color and effective weed control for an extended period. However, some customers were disappointed by the presence of debris, rocks, and large wood chunks instead of finely shredded material. Additionally, a number of customers found the mulch did not effectively prevent weeds from growing through. The quality and consistency of the product appears to vary, with some batches performing better than others.

Weeded my flower patch and put the mulch down liberally. 10 to 14 days I had weeds poking through the mulch, so disappointed. I also had a bonus in one bag of mulch, tons of ants and ant eggs. would of taken it back but didn't want ants all over my car. never again...
Be careful around junpiers
Would Not RecommendI was hoping it would control the weeds better. Also, my junipers, which were healthy before I put down the mulch, died about 10 days later. I will be contacting Preen.

Great Service
The attendant Alex was great and quick service
Moist and chunky
Would RecommendIt's got this moist denseness to it that makes it spread on thick and keep it's loft long after you've applied it to your barren soil.

Nice brown mulch
Would RecommendGreat color and quality. However, the weed preventer was clumped up in some of the bags and had spots of white in the mulch. But would spread easily.
