What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this product for exceptional weed prevention, with most reporting near-complete elimination of weeds in flower beds and landscaping areas. Many note seeing no new growth for weeks or months after application, with the extended control version singled out as especially effective. Reviewers consistently highlight how easy it is to apply using the included scoop and shake bottle design, requiring no special tools or effort. Strong loyalty emerges, with many customers stating they've used it for years and will continue indefinitely. A few report inconsistent results, but these concerns are vastly outnumbered by positive experiences.

Would Not RecommendApplied as directed to rock mulched areas before leaving for the summer. Returned 3 1/2 months later, weeds everywhere, to make matters worse they’ve already gone to seed. My neighbor had the same problem.

Too Expensive!
Would Not RecommendI've always used Preen in the past. However, it seems the manufacturer has gotten greedy. The price for this product has gone through the roof! There are other products out there that can do the job.

Facilitates Large Application
Would RecommendI purchased the bucket and scoop product as well. These larger bags help me refill the buckets and spread across more of my large yard.

Works like a dandelion fertilizer
Would Not RecommendUsed this product last November and again in mid February and here it is March 1st and the dandelions are twice as bad as last year! Pre-emergent does mean BEFORE they grow the last I knew... I guess it is back to hand picking them until I can find a better weed preventer.
Your mistake, my problem.
Would Not RecommendYou delivered the wrong product. I have been on the phone several times with Lowe's and have not resolved the issue yet. I'm very disappointed.
