A power drill was required to install the screws. In the installation instructions, steps 6 and 7 should precede step 4 for easier installation. We are quite pleased with the product.

Would Recommendmissing a piece but my husband found something to use in its place. but it is a nice mailbox. also came in dirty and box was rippeda little and smashed in some.

Would RecommendEasy Installation. Be sure to purchase a 4x4 wooden post to cement in the ground first. Use QuickCrete (red bag) and mix concrete with water in the hole in the ground to save steps. Concrete was quick drying and dried in 50 minutes. The mailbox then slips over this wood post. We added additional screws on the side to secure mailbox to wooden 4x4 post.
