Two different whites

 Would Not Recommend

The mailbox is brilliant white; the post and newspaper holder is off-white / cream. Does the supplier/Lowe's think is an acceptable look? Waste of an afternoon buying and returning to the store.

Good product for the price

Good product for the price, installs easily. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the door does not open and close as easily as I think it should. Given the extra effort in opening and closing it I have some concerns on how long the door will hold up.

The only criticism is that you need to purchase a treated 4x4 for the post and Lowe’s couldn’t cut it for me When you are “ construction challenged” like I am, it could have been a problem. I did ending up pouring concrete around the support pole.

we live in florida so it wasn't difficult to dig the hole and position the mailbox. The plastic is somewhat flimsy, but hopefully it will withstand the Florida weather.
