Would RecommendThe white polymer mailbox post is easy to assemble and install and looks good. I placed a treated 4x4 in an 18" deep hole and dumped in enough water to wet the dirt. Then I poured in the dry concrete mix, keeping the post level. I added some water in stages, but did not mix it in. The water dispersed throughout the concrete within a few minutes without mixing. The cured result is plenty strong for a mailbox post. One 60 pound bag of concrete was sufficient for the size hole I dug. I then s...

This is perfect for every mailbox. it is maintenance free and if it gets a little dirty, you can use a cloth or baby wipe to wipe off anything and it looks as good as new.

Would Not RecommendThis thing was a nightmare. Somebody bought it, and a four by four post, and asked me to install it. I put the 4x4 pressure treated post in the ground with cement you got a nice and sturdy. When I slid the sleeve over it it was very loose. The whole thing twisted. Whole mailbox moved up and down left and right, because the wood post can only go up as far as the side piece that goes in. So the part that holds the mailbox is very flimsy. Not satisfied at all.

This mail box post was easy to install! From the photo you can see we used a larger mail box to hold larger packages and it fits perfectly. We also added the house number plaque. We love this addition to our yard. I would highly recommend this to anyone. it took less than 30 minutes to install.
