Would RecommendUse to sharpen my tools and knifes, does work very well. Trying to register on porter cable website it is impossible, they do not have the model there.

Would Not RecommendI bought this product, very excited when I got it home, When I opened the box, the grinder was there, and that was it!!!, all accessories were missing. Led Lights, eye shields, tool rests. Not in the box.

Great bench grinder for home use.
Would RecommendEasy to assemble. Grinding wheels were straight and true out of the box...no wobbling or vibration. I placed it on a small plywood sheet and it worked fine. Just sharpened several mower blades...unit got a little warm but not hot and it didn't bog down. The grinder is going to pay for itself the next time I sharpen the blades.

What happened to Quality Tools
Would Not RecommendCasing screw (left) came loose after an hour of use and wedged in the wheel. The right wheel nut came loose. I think I will stick with Black & Decker.

Would RecommendBought this to replace another 6 inch grinder (not Porter Cable)I had had for over 20 years. Wow, I really like the improved lights and shields this unit has (lights are battery operated, which are included). Very quiet motor and installed well on the grinder stand I bought from a well know inexpensive tool outlet. I highly recommend!

Would RecommendI purchased this grinder exclusively to sharpen the blades on my lawn tractor. For all intents and purposes, and on a budget, this grinder is perfect. By no means would I use this for any high-precision or heavy duty work, but I definitely recommend it to someone who does not intend to use it heavily.
