What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pellet grill for delivering rich, authentic smoke flavor and precise temperature control that produces perfectly cooked meals. Reviewers consistently describe the construction as built like a tank with sturdy, heavy-duty steel that feels significantly more robust than competitors. Many highlight the ease of operation—simply filling the hopper and turning a knob—and quick assembly in under 30 minutes. Several report being converted from charcoal or propane grills, calling it a game changer. A few note isolated issues like misaligned parts or small hopper size, though most consider these minor. Overall, customers express strong loyalty and declare they would not switch brands.

My first pellet grill
I am excited to use it. Assembly was easy. Packaging was pretty good, there is some paint scuffed off. There is a rogue screw in the bottom of the hopper beneath the electronics.

Delivered smashed/dropped
Would Not RecommendThe box was left in my driveway, looked smashed or dropped. Opened the box and one side was smashed hard enough to completely break the Styrofoam packing materials.

The assembly was not difficult at all & I did it alone. The only thing I wish I would’ve realized before purchasing,is that the hopper was bigger.
