Auger malfunction
Loved this grill for its precision temperature control. Now will not ignite, auger not turning. Does not appear jammed just stopped turning.

First rep no issues sent me the auger motor. But when I received it, it did not work. I then called back to get a replacement and explained to them the issue and they want to to video chat to make sure it is connected correctly. I get the process but if you can not make sure the parts work why send them out in the first place. Now I have to wait for another day due to me not being home to chat with them to prove them they sent me a bad part. This is pointless as there's always a issue with the s...

Would Not RecommendI bought the 850pro smoker 12 hours ago and still can't get the app to work with it plus half the time it doesnt register my finger when pressing on or off . Havent even got to use it yet and already problems
