A good light but not a good bug zapper
Would Not RecommendI bought this unit for my back deck thinking it would be a good looking alternative to my Black Flag zappers. I was wrong. The Black Flags have always killed tons of flying things but the Pic Flickering Flame unit has essentially killed close to nothing. If you want a pretty light, this could be an option, if you want a bug zapper, you should look elsewhere as it’s pretty much useless for that.

Would Not RecommendEither the one I got from Lowes was a piece of junk or maybe it's Lowes fault. Unsure since the box of the one I had delivered was obviously had been water logged/soaked at one point.

Would RecommendPROS - Looks great, kills bugs, easy to clean - It’s an attractive fixture, for sure. Visitors all comment about how nice it looks. The flame effect is bright, the blue light LED’s shining down from the top aren’t quite as noticeable, which is fine with me. - It kills flying bugs. The photo is from two nights’ use. Would Not RecommendLooks great but doesn’t seem to be very effective. It has to be so dark before it activates and doesn’t seem to attract bugs to zap. The mosquitoes and flies still attack just as much as before. Limited coverage of any at all. Haven’t even heard it zap anything. Seems to hold up to weather.
