Light duty product.

 Would Recommend

I bought aluminum wire because it should be tougher and longer lasting than fiberglass. I re screened 6 doors and unfortunately after comparing to the old screen I believe this wire will be easy to crease and will not resist bird or debris strikes as well as I would like. If they had a heavier duty product I would have bought it. This is not your granddads wire.

Don't buy this. The screen is an extremely thin gauge wire. Won't work for my need for large panel porch screens.

Check out these crane before you leave the store

While installing the new screen on my sliding glass door I was a quarter of the way through when I noticed a couple of small areas on the screen that were damaged. I had to unroll another section of screen and start over using an additional five feet of screen. Glad I had to buy 25 foot roll since they don’t sell a ten foot roll. Since I was in the middle of the project it was not worth the time to return the damage screen and start over.

A bit tricky but not too bad

 Would Recommend

Better than the fiberglass stuff. A bit more animal proof. My cat ripped the fiberglass screen.
