What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this flooring for exceptional ease of installation, with planks snapping together with minimal force—many completing projects solo over weekends. The realistic wood-like appearance with embossed texture and warm tones consistently impresses, with guests often mistaking it for genuine hardwood. Reviewers highlight durability through years of daily use, resisting scratches from pet nails and withstanding spills and moisture. The attached underlayment softens footsteps and reduces noise. A few customers reported damaged planks upon arrival or noted inflexibility on uneven subfloors, though most consider this an excellent, low-maintenance flooring choice.

This is excellent flooring I give it 10 out of 10
Would RecommendI am a contractor and I installed the Pergo Pro Aventcross Oak in my house. I chose Pergo because it has become a brand I trust over the past 20 years. This flooring did not let me down! For starters it is beautiful, very easy to install and came with the highest quality of materials and quality control that you can always expect from Pergo. I am a very happy customer!

Durable planks easy to install
Would RecommendThe product appears to be very durable. Out of 7 cartons, one carton had visible damage that was not noticed by the Lowe's associate loading the boxes. About 5 of the planks had serious damage on the short end of the planks and the carton was returned to Lowe's for a refund and a replacement carton was bought. Another 7 cartons were also purchased later. Although none of these cartons showed visible external damage, in one carton almost all 11 planks had minor damage on the short groove end of e...

Buckled and not covered by warranty
Would Not RecommendOur Pergo flooring buckled after less than 5 years, and the warranty claim was denied due to alleged installation issues. We purchased this flooring specifically for its waterproof properties, but the buckling has compromised that feature entirely. While the floor is still within the product warranty period, we were told the damage isn’t covered because they cannot determine if it due to installation issues or product failure. The installation was arranged through Lowe’s and contracted out to ...

Wet protect guarantee is misleading
Would Not RecommendBought 1800 sq foot of this flooring with the water vapor barrier underlayment to put in our finished basement. Was told it would work great to put down after taking up carpet. We had water back up from a drain the day after we finished installing this floor and it was completely saturated through the top into the pad and on the water barrier!!! Had to pull up all the floor and had it up within 12 hours of getting wet. Pergo and Lowe’s saying they can’t help and we are out a ton of money and bac...
