What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this flooring for exceptional ease of installation, with planks snapping together with minimal force—many completing projects solo over weekends. The realistic wood-like appearance with embossed texture and warm tones consistently impresses, with guests often mistaking it for genuine hardwood. Reviewers highlight durability through years of daily use, resisting scratches from pet nails and withstanding spills and moisture. The attached underlayment softens footsteps and reduces noise. A few customers reported damaged planks upon arrival or noted inflexibility on uneven subfloors, though most consider this an excellent, low-maintenance flooring choice.

Chips SO bad
Would Not RecommendI usually do stain master but my Lowe’s was out of stock. I have figured out why there was a ton of this brand and not a lot of stain master… this floor chips SO easy. The color was beautiful but I was upset to spend $700 on all of this flooring with multiple chips throughout while installing. My stain master in the other room did not chip at all while installing.
Great

Amazing team in Lake Havasu store!
Would RecommendWe ordered this flooring for my dad’s house and because we needed so much the order had to come from the distributor. This caused some confusion with the order and a pricing error when I placed the order online. However when I called and got in touch with Theresa Blair she was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She helped to coordinate the details between us, her store and the distributor. She called me back multiple times and even ensured our delivery with her local team. Theresa made this complex order w...

Delivered on time in the rain.
Would RecommendThis seems like a good product and when I needed more to do more rooms the order process was quick and easy and next day delivery was great. The only problem I have with this order was that it showed up in the back of a pickup truck in the rain so all of the boxes were wet. Hopefully none of the product took on water. I guess we will have to wait to see.
