Would RecommendThe product appears to be very durable. Out of 7 cartons, one carton had visible damage that was not noticed by the Lowe's associate loading the boxes. About 5 of the planks had serious damage on the short end of the planks and the carton was returned to Lowe's for a refund and a replacement carton was bought. Buckled and not covered by warranty
Would Not RecommendOur Pergo flooring buckled after less than 5 years, and the warranty claim was denied due to alleged installation issues. We purchased this flooring specifically for its waterproof properties, but the buckling has compromised that feature entirely. While the floor is still within the product warranty period, we were told the damage isn’t covered because they cannot determine if it due to installation issues or product failure. Wet protect guarantee is misleading
Would Not RecommendBought 1800 sq foot of this flooring with the water vapor barrier underlayment to put in our finished basement. Was told it would work great to put down after taking up carpet. We had water back up from a drain the day after we finished installing this floor and it was completely saturated through the top into the pad and on the water barrier!!!
